  • Once an order has been confirmed, processed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Window

  • Due to fast order processing, cancellation requests must be made within a limited time frame after placing the order.

  • We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered processing or shipping stages.

Interiyo reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in the following cases:
